Wellbeing Sessions
Everyone is aware of the importance of wellbeing and self care. Positive Wellbeing offers a range of 90 minute wellbeing sessions for adults which can be presented as “Lunch & Learn” sessions for companies to promote more mentally healthy staff. They can be delivered at other times to suit your needs.
The greatest asset in any company is its staff so we offer a range of sessions in these challenging times to support companies in enabling their staff to be as healthy as possible.
