Awareness Sessions for Adults
Awareness sessions for adults and/or parents
Positive Wellbeing offers awareness sessions for adults and/or parents which run between one and two hours and are designed to educate, support and provide resources to participants. Some of the sessions are specific to parents for either Primary or Secondary aged children, others are suitable for all.
These awareness sessions are not Mental Health First Aid courses.
The sessions could be one of the following but are not limited to these areas:

- Mental Health Awareness (Parents of Primary or Secondary students sessions)
- Mental Health Awareness (Helpers of Primary or Secondary students sessions)
- Anxiety (Parents of Primary or Secondary students sessions)
- ASD & Mental Health (suitable for all parents)
- Self Injury (suitable for all parents)
- Importance of sleep (suitable for all parents)
- Depression (Parents of Secondary school students)
- Stress (Parents of Secondary school students)
- Eating Disorders (Parents of Secondary school students)
