Shirralee was an excellent facilitator; incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and professional. She went out of her way to ensure the course was delivered effectively, making activities interactive and ensuring everyone had the opportunity to participate. I would highly recommend this course to any of my colleagues and feel I got so much out of it because of the way in which it was delivered.

Really great course with very useful and well explained information about the different mental health illnesses and how to help in a situation of both crises and non-crises.

The instructor clearly knew her stuff and brought with her knowledge from a vast area of working with people suffering from mental health problems.

Excellent presentation with lots of interaction and hands-on discussion which allows us to engage with one another. Excellent memory build-up to help support our ability to remember.

A really useful course and the instructors in-depth knowledge of the issues we covered was impressive and inspiring.

Great program. Enjoyed your positive, casual nature and felt comfortable asking all sorts of questions. Thanks!
