About our approach

Positive Wellbeing Limited is a Hong Kong–based company delivering practical mental health, wellbeing, and psychological safety training across workplaces, schools, and community settings.

Our focus is on skills, communication, and everyday behaviours that help people respond more confidently and appropriately when wellbeing concerns arise — with clear boundaries and a strong emphasis on safe participation.

Yes. Many of our courses can be tailored to reflect your organisational context, sector, and priorities. We discuss this during consultation to ensure the training is relevant and appropriate.

Psychological safety, care and boundaries

Our facilitators create clear expectations, model respectful communication and maintain strong professional boundaries. Sessions are structured to support learning without pressure, judgement or forced participation.

If any part of the session feels overwhelming, participants are encouraged to let us know in advance. Any concerns shared are treated confidentially and help us consider appropriate, proportionate ways to support safe participation within the scope of the training.

If a participant becomes distressed during a session, facilitators will respond calmly and respectfully, prioritising dignity and psychological safety. Participation is always optional, and participants may step back or take a break if needed. Where appropriate, general information about external support options may be shared, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

Facilitators focus on guiding learning and structured discussion within a group setting.

Their role is to:

  • Keep sessions focused on skills and understanding
  • Support safe group discussion
  • Reinforce appropriate workplace and professional responses

Clear boundaries are maintained throughout all sessions.
