• Format: In-person or online
• Course Options:
– The CBT & DBT Life Skills (12 Skills): Covers 12 core skills over 4.5 hours, ideally delivered as three × 1.5-hour sessions.
– The CBT & DBT Life Skills (32 Skills): A more in-depth option covering all 32 DBT skills, delivered over 12 hours, ideally six × 2-hour sessions (flexible combinations available). Includes a 45-minute individual session to consolidate learning.
