Build confident responders, clearer conversations and safer workplace support.

A globally recognised, evidence-based course that equips employees with the skills to recognise early signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support and guide colleagues towards appropriate help — all within clear workplace boundaries.

Introduction

Modern workplaces move quickly, and colleagues often notice changes in behaviour, mood or communication before formal support pathways are engaged. Many employees want to help but feel unsure what to say or how to respond safely.

Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) provides a structured, internationally recognised approach to early support. Using the proven ALGEE Action Plan, participants learn how to recognise concerns sooner, respond with steadiness and clarity, and encourage appropriate next steps — without taking on responsibilities beyond their role.

This training supports clearer communication, earlier recognition of distress and a more confident, supportive workplace culture.

Why MHFA Matters for Companies and Workplaces

  • Employees gain confidence to recognise changes early and respond with clarity
  • Teams use a shared, structured approach that reduces hesitation, silence and miscommunication
  • Workplaces strengthen wellbeing capability and psychological safety through consistent early-support skills
