Understanding mental health, emotions, stress and early signs.

2. Mental Health Services & Support – Thrive Together(共同成長)

Where to seek help and how to support safely. How to assist in crisis situations.

3. Communication Skills – Helping Hands, Listening Ears(助人之手、聆聽之耳)

Communication skills, assertiveness and CBT-informed tools.

4. Difficult Conversations & Strong Emotions – Mental Health Toolkit(心理健康工具包

Responding to strong emotions, conflict and challenging moments.

5. Listening Skills – Listening & Caring(聆聽與關懷)

Key listening techniques, empathy and overcoming barriers.

6. Self-Care & Boundaries – Boundaries & Balance(界限與平衡)

Maintaining healthy boundaries and practical self-care.

Modules can be selected individually, combined, or delivered as a complete pathway.
