Counselling for Young People and Adults

Private, confidential one-to-one counselling in Hong Kong

Positive Wellbeing Limited offers individual counselling for young people (11+) and adults, including students and school staff who are seeking support in a private practice setting.

This service sits separately from our training work. Counselling is offered independently and is not delivered within schools or companies.

Sessions provide a calm, respectful space to pause, reflect, and develop practical ways of responding to life’s challenges — at a pace that suits you.

Who counselling is for

Counselling may be helpful if you are:
• Navigating stress, pressure, or significant life changes
• Managing anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm
• Adjusting to new roles, environments, or expectations
• Experiencing relationship, family, or parenting challenges
• Exploring identity, self-worth, or direction
• Living and working as an expat and adapting to cultural transitions
• Supporting a neurodivergent child, young person, or yourself

Sessions are individualised and shaped around what feels most relevant and useful to you.

How we work

Our approach is evidence-based, practical, and collaborative. Sessions draw from:
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

The focus is on building awareness, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful, values-led choices in daily life.

Each session is tailored to your goals, circumstances, and pace.
