Practical wellbeing training for real-world settings

Positive Wellbeing Limited is a Hong Kong–based provider of culturally responsive mental health and wellbeing training across the Greater Bay Area, Mainland China and the Asia Pacific. We work with companies and workplaces, schools and education communities, and community organisations, delivering practical training designed for real-world contexts.

We support people to respond to wellbeing concerns with confidence, care and clarity — through practical skills, steady communication and early awareness that fit organisational, educational and community environments.

Why we exist

In workplaces and schools, people often notice that something isn’t quite right — but feel unsure what to say, how to respond or where their responsibility begins and ends.
We exist to reduce that uncertainty.

Our work focuses on building shared understanding, clear boundaries and practical communication skills so people can respond earlier, more calmly and more appropriately — without fear of overstepping or staying silent.

Our mission

Our mission is to support organisations to build healthier, more supportive cultures through practical wellbeing and communication training.

Our courses help people develop:
• Greater self-awareness and resilience
• Clear, respectful communication and listening skills
• Confidence responding appropriately to wellbeing concerns
• Sustainable approaches that reduce stigma and uncertainty

We focus on skills that can be applied responsibly and confidently in everyday workplace and school settings.

What we do

Positive Wellbeing Limited delivers evidence-informed mental health, wellbeing and communication training designed for real-world settings.

We work across three key areas:
Companies & Workplaces — supporting psychologically safe cultures, confident leadership and steady communication
Education — supporting teachers, students and parents with practical, school-appropriate wellbeing skills
Community — increasing access to culturally responsive wellbeing training

Our courses focus on early awareness, safe conversations, psychological safety and clear next steps — always delivered with respect, care and clarity.

Our approach

Our training is shaped by how people actually work and interact day to day.

  • Practical
Clear, usable skills that make sense in real conversations — not theory-heavy or abstract.
  • Preventative
Focused on early recognition, steady responses and reducing escalation.
  • Culturally responsive
Designed for Hong Kong and Asia Pacific contexts, communication styles and diverse communities.
  • Clear roles and responsibilities
Clear guidance on appropriate actions, escalation pathways and professional boundaries.

Sessions are inclusive and psychologically safe, with clear facilitation that respects participants’ comfort levels and professional boundaries.

Who we work with

We partner with organisations that want wellbeing approaches that are thoughtful, realistic and sustainable.

  • Companies and workplaces seeking practical skills, not tick-box initiatives
  • Schools supporting staff, students and families across whole-school communities
  • Community groups working with diverse populations and lived experiences

Our values in practice

Our values guide how we design our courses, facilitate sessions and work with the organisations and communities we support.

Excellence

We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed training that is practical, relevant and well delivered. Excellence shows up in the clarity of our content, the care taken in facilitation and our ongoing commitment to refining our courses so they remain credible and useful.

Collaboration

We believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. We work closely with companies, schools and partners to understand context, culture and priorities, valuing diverse perspectives and shared learning to support sustainable impact.

Integrity

Integrity underpins everything we do. We operate with honesty, transparency and clear professional boundaries. Organisations trust us to deliver accurate information, uphold ethical standards and communicate clearly about roles, responsibilities and next steps.

Our vision

We envision workplaces and learning environments where mental health and wellbeing are understood, supported and integrated into everyday practice — not treated as an afterthought.

Through accessible, culturally responsive training such as Bridge of Support(支持之橋)and Train-the-Trainer: Bridge of Support(支持之橋), we aim to strengthen compassion, clarity and sustainable support across organisations, helping people feel safer, more confident and better supported at work and in education.

We envision a future where mental health, emotional well-being, and workplace support are integral to corporate culture.
