- Naming emotions, Opposite Action & Balance strategies
- Learn to self-monitor these emotions and focus on the positive aspects
- Look at the importance of self-care

Learn some strategies to improve your self regulation (90 mins) (4 skills). The session is aimed at staff wellbeing & understanding ways to regulate your emotions.
